DIRECT METAL 3D PRINTING
We are the first company in the world offering mass production of fine jewelry by direct 3D printing. Our developed printing parameters enable us to manufacture with higher quality and speed compared to our competitors. Our unique IP enables us to use any industrial metal printers for precious metal printing. During 4 years of vigorous development we have managed to optimize the printing process to the point where it's in every aspect more efficient than conventional manufacturing.
3D printing enables to create unique and super detailed designs, impossible to manufacture by conventional methods and makes all customizations easy and affordable.
During the SLM process a thin layer of silver powder is distributed on the build platform and a laser beam is guided onto the powder to heat up and melt the silver particles. Lasers scans the whole layer according to the slices determined in the computer. Once a layer has been scanned the platform moves down one layer by 0.03 mm and a new silver powder is applied. Then the process repeats until products are grown layer by layer onto the building platform.
We use ethically sourced premium Sterling Silver 925 fine powder provided by LEGOR GROUP S.P.a. from Italy which is especially developed for 3D metal printing.
